Itinerary

Day
1
Training Focus Group riding and riding abroad in Italy Garda, Torri del Benaco 30 km, 100 m

After arriving from Verona airport, it will be time to set up your bike and take a quick ride along the lake to Torri Del Benaco for an ice cream or perhaps your first aperitif in Italy. First coaching session on group riding and cycling in Italy by Rule5 Cycling Coaching.

Day
2
Tremosine and the West Coast of the Lake. 60 km, 900 m

Today we will train on the amazing Strada Della Forra. We will study the trajectory and the best way to tackle the hairpin bends. Once at the hotel, we will analyze the characteristics of the climb using virtual tools such as Velo Viewer / Google Earth, etc. and we will manage athletes' performance data.

Day
3
Giro D'Italia stage 75 km, 300 m

An easy ride of 75 km to see the champions racing in a Grand Tour stage.

Day
4
Training Focus Cadence and gear selection Braga 50 km, 1.000 m

A kind of active recovery day. A climb up to Braga that combines steep sections and longer, gentler parts, ideal for working on gear shifting and cadence. A short section at 18% incline interrupts the pace, where gear selection and pace are crucial. As if it were a single track, this is a very quiet road that climbs up to Monte Baldo. Data analysis and technical feedback from Rule5 Cycling Coaching.

Day
5
Training Focus Putting it all together - Monte Baldo via Avio 120 km, 1.800 m

The "Stelvio" of Lake Garda! A great day that will take us on a climb for 1 hour and 30 minutes, maybe a little more if the legs are tired from this week. After 30 km we will arrive in Avio where we will begin the impressive climb that looms ahead, winding through suggestive tunnels. Once at the top, we will have lunch in a typical Malga, before starting the technical descent towards home. A super day where you can put into practice everything you have learned. Data analysis and technical feedback from Rule5 Cycling Coaching.

Day
6
Training Focus Climbing & Descending Peri, Fosse e Valpolicella 110 km, 1.200 m

We will pedal though the cycling path towards Trento, among the peaceful vineyards of the Val d'Adige up to Peri, to climb the first ascent: 9 km with almost 1,000 m of elevation gain. A tough climb, with an average of 9% and a section at 13%, where the pace is essential. Then a long descent towards Valpolicella for lunch, before the easier return to Garda. Data analysis and technical feedback from Rule5 Cycling Coaching.

Day
7
Relax

One last an ice cream or maybe one last Negroni before leaving for the airport? Arrivederci Lake Garda!

Cinelli

Ital Cycling Bike Tours offers you a road bike rental which is at a professional level.
The Superstar is Cinelli’s cutting-edge carbon fiber re-interpretation of the mythical Italian stage-racing bicycle that is the brand’s heritage and DNA.
Unlike other brands who each year offer bicycles with ever increasingly narrow scope of use, Cinelli, when developing the Superstar, obsessed over the way in which the inherent qualities of carbon fiber and its manufacturing processes could be employed to produce an aggressively contemporary version of the legendary versatility of the Italian Grand Tour ride quality i.e. the intelligent balance of low-weight, aggressive handling over highly varied terrain and long-distance riding comfort.

Parkpre

The K60 is the ideal model for those who switch to a carbon frame for the first time and wish to do so while being careful to optimize the quality / cost ratio. Also designed for cycle touring, the reactivity and stiffness of this bike will amaze you! The monocoque carbon frame weighing about 990 grams, is characterized by modern lines, in the name of cleanliness and elegance.

Factor

When we first premiered the Factor O2, it was ridden to mountain top stage victories at the Tour de France and second place at Paris-Roubaix. As good as that version of the O2 proved to be, this revamped O2 is even better, thanks largely to improved manufacturing techniques that allow us to make the frame lighter, stronger, and more durable.
